Resist everything, except temptation… Bella de Jac

Dr Sketchy’s Melbourne next session

SUNDAY  November 25
4 – 6pm Doors open 3.30pm

Bella de Jac returns to the Dr Sketchy’s family fresh from her performance on 42nd Street at the New York Burlesque Festival.

A deadly dealer, a showgirl minx, Bella de Jac is an international teaseur who draws on the spirit of every femme fatale from Mata Hari to Marilyn.

Whispering dark elegance from from the nihlistic 1930s… insidious, sensual, sexual. Dancing with a fusion of grace and reckless abandon. Soaring, surging, daring you to abandon your senses and give in to lust, to love…and to life.

With the titles of People’s Choice Favourite Performer Victoria 2012 Bustie Awards, Miss Burlesque Gold Coast 2011, Miss Fantastic MBA 2011, a bachelor degree in Performance Studies and an impressive list of performance credits, de Jac has been described as both an exquisite creature and a powerful and captivating performer.   Her penchant for pushing acceptable social boundaries is cleverly disguised by the grace and glamour of her shows.

“infernally good”…“diaphanous and delicate like a porcelain fin de seicle doll” Absinthe.com.au

“Bella de Jac, reincarnated (…) into a devastatingly sensual dancer. Her performance was the most complex, and by far the best.”Joanna Bowen, Australian Stage
